Born and raised in Montreal, Penelope now makes her home in Chatham-Kent. “Pen” is a self-taught artist who graduated from International Academy of Design’s Fashion program. She moved to Chatham originally to learn English but wound up literally painting the town. Today she splits her time painting murals, private commission work, her own private work and teaching art. Her work is on display all along King Street and can also be seen on occasion at the William St. Cafe.
